To make these shots, you will need a blender and a little water to make the ingredients bendable. Once blended, simply strain into a glass and drink in 1 oz increments. Ginger has a strong punch of spicy flavor, so drink a little at a time!
For added efficiency of the turmeric and to increase absorbency, add 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper. It will help you get more out to the turmeric.
Since this mix keeps well in the fridge, I like to make a batch early in the week and take a few shots daily.
